For parents who have sent more than one son / daughter to the Armed Forces
Rs.20,000/- along with a Silver medal (One time grant)
For parents who have sent their only son / daughter with no
other siblings to the Armed Forces

- Ex-Servicemen Discharge Book
- Ex-Servicemen/Widow Identity Card
- Ration Card
- Aadhaar Card of Parents
- Bank Pass Book Xerox Copy of parents
- Tahsildar Certificate
Eligibility Criteria
Ex-Servicemen should be native of Tamil Nadu by birth.
Parents who have sent their only son or daughter, with no other siblings, to the Armed Forces.
The parents sent more than one son or daughter to the Armed Forces.
Funeral Grant for the death of Widow of Ex-Servicemen

Rs 10,000/- for demise for Widow of Ex-Servicemen for their cremation is provided for dependents of Ex-Servicemen.

- Ex-Servicemen Discharge Book
- Widow Identity Card to be surrendered
- Ration Card
- Aadhaar Card
- Bank Pass Book Xerox Copy
- Death Certificate
- Funeral confirmed by the Authority Certificate
- Legal heir Certificate
- Noc from other heirs
Eligibility Criteria
Ex-Servicemen should be native of Tamil Nadu by birth.
Ex-Servicemen should have obtained Identity Card from the Ex-Servicemen welfare office.
Should apply within 180 days from the date of death of widow.
To the individuals who performed the last rites of the widow of the Ex-Servicemen.
Cash Grant of Gallantry Award
Instructions
Sanctioned by the Government of Tamil Nadu for the recipients of Gallantry Awards / Distinguished Service Medals ranging from Rs.4000/- to Rs. 1 crore
Documents Required:
- Gazette Notification
- Serving Certificate obtained from working unit
- Self declaration
- Nativity Certificate
- Aadhar card
- Bank Pass Book Xerox Copy
Eligibility Criteria
Ex-Servicemen should be native of Tamil Nadu by birth.
Serving personnel should be a recipient of have Gallantry Awards / Distinguished Service Medals.
